The OnRamp Program consists of 3 training sessions where we take the time to explain and practice the fundamental movements/exercises which are key to the CrossFit program.
Every new member must go through the OnRamp Program before joining. The main purpose for this program is to introduce to you the CrossFit methodology, teach you the finer points of the technical lifts we practice, with safety always being our top priority.
You will be given lots of time to practice and ask questions. In these 3 sessions we also will make sure your personal fitness goals are known and any personal ailments addressed.
