Part A (for Reps)

AMRAP 2 Minutes of Wallballs (20/14)

AMRAP 2 Minutes of Toes to Bar

Part B (for Time)

50/40 Calorie Row

40 Ground to Overhead (135/95) (95/65)




Two individual scores will be entered on the Leaderboard.

Part A is for Total Reps and is a combined score of Wallballs and Toes to Bar.

Part B is for Time to complete the Rowing and Ground to Overhead.

The clock will not stop or reset between Part A and Part B.

The score for Part B will be used as a tie-breaker if needed to determine who will make into the Finals.

Athletes must tag at every transition between partners.

Men will Row 50 Calories. Women will Row 40 Calories.

For Ground to Overhead, Elite will use (135/95) and Competitive & Masters 40+ will use (95/65).

Athletes must use the designated pull-up bar. Foot pegs may be used to assist in reaching the bar.

Athletes will share all required work as desired.

Time is recorded in Part B when both athletes have jumped onto a box at the end of their lane after the last repetition of G2OH.

For each rep not completed in Part B, one second will be added to the the 5 minute time cap.



At the beginning of the rep, the athlete must pass through a full squat with hip crease below parallel.
Ball must touch wall. 10′ for Men. 9′ for Women.
Partners will not be allowed to alternate with single repetitions. (No partner wallballs).

At any transition, partners must tag and begin the rep taking the medicine ball from a resting position on floor (cannot take from a bounce).


Toes to Bar
Hanging from the pull-up rig, the athletes feet must pass behind the plane of the bar and both feet must touch the rig at the same time between the hands.



Partners may not begin rowing until the Toes to Bar are completed and the athletes have tagged.

A partner may be seated on the Rower and ready prior to the Toes to Bar being completed.

Row until the display shows 50/40 Calories.


Ground to Overhead

A Clean & Jerk or a Snatch may be used.

The repetition begins with the bar on the floor and ends with the barbell locked out overhead.

At completion of the repetition, the athlete must stand tall with knees, hips and shoulders in a visible straight line. The barbell will be held overhead with both arms fully extended.  The barbell will be locked out over the athlete’s midline and both feet will be in line and under the athlete’s body.
