    back squat 90-105-didn’t get to max rep: 80 reps
    press 10-15-20# DBs: 103
    deadlift 105-125-145: 117 reps

    not sure how many reps we did but i do know it was a lot of them as i feel it now!

    lot of fun. great WOD and great teamwork.

    Johnny great coaching and thanks for pushing us towards RX.
    Also loved the warm up, bring that back from time to time.

      Great job Tom … You killed those deadlifts!

      As for reps, we were 90 reps on backsquat at Rx, 120 reps on strict press at 65-80-95, and 115 on deadlifts at 135-185-225 (modified where I did pullups for my reps – lower back not liking deadlifts after Monday) …

      Agree with Tom that the warmup was great – hope to see it again some day!

    373 reps with Bettina! Good cardio WOD for me 🙂 Did press for the first time in a while since shoulder injury and it was rough — not sore rough, but weak rough!
