    20 Power Snatches (75/55)
    20 Box Jumps (24/20)
    20 Push Presses (75/55)
    20/14 Calorie Row

     

    Extra

    Stamina Squatting
    EMOM x 12 (6 Rounds)
    Odd: 1 Front Squat
    Even: 3 Back Squats
    *Use 75-80% of 1RM Front Squat

    *Use a lighter load if desired.

    WOD – 2 + 53 Rx’ish once again. Grabbed a black med ball thinking it was a 20 but it was a 14… it did feel a little light but thought I was extra strong today 🙂
    First 2 rounds of WB with the 14 and third with a 20.
