    Pump House

    EMOM x 18 Minutes

    Work with a Partner and each complete the following:

    Min 1:

    25 Air Squats (at the same time)

    Min 2:

    5 Deficit HSPU (45/25 plates) (at the same time)

    Min 3:

    1 Squat Clean

    (60-70-80-90-X-X%)

    *Max 2 attempts for a successful lift.

    *Only 1 Partner lifting at a time.

     

    *Score is your heaviest lift

     

    After Party:

    2 Rounds of 20 Seconds On / 10 Seconds Off

    Max Effort Assault Bike for Calories

    *Rest as needed and repeat for another 2 Rounds..  😀

    Miscounted in the wod and matched my previous PR at 265. Then hit 270, then got under 275 but couldn’t get out of the pocket. Fun day, hope everyone hits a pr today!

    Tried 240# for a PR, got under it but couldn’t stand or bounce it up. But it’s the first time getting under that weight so baby steps.
