As we did last Monday, we will run two heats today for larger classes. Those attempting 18.3 will go in the second heat and those finishing Heat 1 will be able to cheer/judge those doing 18.3 in Heat 2.
Additional work will be posted on the whiteboard in the morning for those looking to get a little extra work completed during their session.
