    Mobility Work

    or Front Squats if missed yesterday.

     

    WOD:

    “O Tabata”

    32 Intervals.

    20 seconds of Work / 10 seconds of Rest.

    8 Intervals at each movement.

    Complete all 8 intervals of a movement before moving on to the next.

    No additional rest between movements.

    Sit-ups

    Ring Dips

    Box Jumps (24/20)

     

    Score = Total Reps

    If available, use an abmat for sit-ups.

    500m row … mobility + warm-up (worked on T2B technique & strict pull-ups)

    1 mile run = 9:09

    WOD: 224 reps
    KBS (35#) – 65 reps
    Sit-ups (AbMat) – 62 reps
    Ring Dips (red band) – 40 reps
    Box Jumps (20′) – 57 reps

      The strenght may have been 4×15 Front Squats – lol – it’s whatever was on the board – I forget – too early!

    Total: 226 as RX’d

    I decided to tackle the rings without a red band as I struggle with keeping the rings close to my body. I knew it would be low reps, but wanted to start getting stronger without the band. Also did the WOD with a 8# compression shirt.
