Getting Started – OnRamp Training Sessions


For all OnRamp Training options below, a minimum of 3 sessions will be required for new members without prior experience in CrossFit. Your individual needs may vary and you may discuss with your Trainer a longer term training plan prior to starting Group Classes.

The OnRamp Training sessions will last between 1 to 1.5 hours each. The posted price is per person per session.

The OnRamp Training sessions allow the athlete to learn the foundational movements of CrossFit in a focused environment with one of our experienced CrossFit Trainers. Each session consists of a warm-up, barbell training, skill work and a workout.

Prices for our OnRamp Training reflect a discounted Private Training Rate.

 

Private OnRamp Training 

$40 + tax / Session

Our preferred method for a focused individual approach.

When:  By appointment only. As scheduled with your Trainer.

 

Semi-Private OnRamp Training 

$30 + tax / Session

You and a Friend can begin your CrossFit journey together.

When:  By appointment only. As scheduled with your Trainer.

 

Group OnRamp Training 

$25 + tax / Session

A small group of not more than 3 to 4 Athletes.

When:  As advertised and scheduled. Spaces must be reserved in advance.

Unlimited Classes / Month 

$115 + Tax

Unlimited Access to all Classes. Renews Monthly. 

 

12 Classes / Month 

$100 + Tax

Limited to 12 classes per month. Renews Monthly. 

 

Punch Pass

$115 + Tax 

Limited to 10 Classes. Expires in 6 months.

 

CrossFit Kids

$75 tax included

10 Classes. Expires in 12 months.

 

Drop In

$15 tax included

Fee for visitors with CrossFit experience.

 


Personal Training


Private Training

$55 + Tax / Hour

For current and non-members. Schedule One-on-One time with a CrossFit Trainer to work on specific lifts or skills.

 


Specials & Discounts


Full Time Student15% off. Must show proof of enrolment. Applies to monthly memberships only.

 


Terms and Conditions


Payments

Autopay via direct deposit is our preferred payment method and available to all members with monthly renewals. A Void Cheque and a signed Pre-authorized Debit Agreement form (PAD Form) are required. Your monthly membership fee will be deducted from your account on the same day your membership starts each month or you may choose the day. Cancellations to this program require advance notice of 10 business days. Credit Cards will be accepted for Autopay with a $3.00 Convenience Fee added to your monthly payment. A failed transaction due to non-sufficient funds from any payment source will incur a $20.00 administration charge and be added to your membership account. Payments by cash or cheque are also accepted in the office.

 

Holds

For members with Monthly Memberships Only, we will allow holds to your membership for 10 days to a maximum of 30 Days. After 30 days your account will not renew and any unused membership will be lost. Advance notice of a Hold is required to adjust your account. Holds will not be back dated after returning from an extended break if advance notice was not given prior to the break. Requests for a Hold of 9 days or less require a $25 administration fee and will be charged on your next monthly bill. Holds are a membership freeze where you will not be able to register for or attend classes throughout the duration of the term.
