    Mashed Potatoes

    32 Tabata intervals at the following stations.

    8 full Intervals (20 sec on / 10 sec off) at each Station before moving on.

    1. Row for Calories
    2. Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)
    3. Abmat Sit-ups
    4. KBS (53/35)

    Rest 2 full Intervals (1 minute) between stations.

     

    Score= Total Reps

    Complete all 8 intervals of Rowing before moving on to 8 intervals of DB Snatch and so on.

    Everyone will begin the WOD with Rowing. Delayed start for larger classes.

    Tabata Timer will be set for 38 intervals. 6 intervals are Rest.

    WOD tabata hell:
    Row: 50 cal
    DB Snatch @ 35#: 52 reps
    GHD sit-ups: 64 reps
    Russian KBS: 84 reps

    WOD: 265 reps ~ scaled DB snatch to 40#

    Strength: Deadlifts at 325
    Modified with Coach Meg to heavy Russian KBS and GHD sit-ups.
    Did not count reps, I like to use tabatas to train and focus on technique and not get out of competition mode.
