    Lumberjack 20

    Partner Version of:

    “Lumberjack 20”
    40 Deadlifts (275/185)
    400m Run (together)
    40 KB Swings (70/53)
    400m Run
    40 Overhead Squats (115/75)
    400m Run
    40 Burpees
    400m Run
    40 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
    400m Run
    40 Box Jumps (24/20)
    400m Run
    40 DB Squat Cleans (50/35)
    400m Run


    *All Runs are Together.
    *All other movements, athletes share reps as desired.
    *Ideally just 1 Barbell per team if possible.
    Change weights as necessary unless the two athletes are mismatched.


    Scaling options:

    Instead of the 400m Run together, split it into 200m each (You Go / I Go style).

    Instead of DB Squat Cleans, do barbell Squat Cleans (115/75)
