This is for time and there is no rest between each section of the three part WOD. Once you finish 9 Thrusters, move immediately to the 15 KB High Pulls. Choose one weight for all three barbell movements. The weight you choose may be limited by the Overhead Squats. Lighter may be better as the goal should be unbroken barbell sets if possible.
Note: With 9 Rowers, there will be a delayed start for the second group of athletes to begin their WOD once the first group has completed the 21-15-9.
