    The Suffering 2018 happens on Saturday, September 22nd! Registrations will be capped at a total of 80 Teams. Register your team of 2 Men or 2 Women in the Elite, Competitive and Masters 35+ divisions.
    Once sold out, the link will no longer be active. To be placed on the Waitlist, we will only accept email requests to info@maritimecrossfit.com and the waitlist will be managed in the order received.

    “Glen”
    30 Clean & Jerks (135/95)
    1 Mile Run
    10 Rope Climbs
    1 Mile Run
    100 Burpees

     

    *40 minute time cap

    *scaling options will be posted at the gym.  😀 

     

    Rope Climb Scaling

    Seated Rope Pulls (20 reps) 
    1/2 Rope Climbs (20 reps)
    Pull-ups (50 Reps) 
    Ring Rows (50 reps)

    With only 5 ropes… share as necessary or complete a pull-up or ring row substitution.

    50 pulls ups instead of rope climbs
    Clean and jerks @ 75lbs

    30 C & J at 75# – experiencing some neck and shoulder issues, kept it light to not make it worse until it subsides – live to fight another day!!
    1 mile run
    7 rope climbs to first mark on rope (not sure how high that is???) plus 6 seated rope pull-ups)
    1 mile run
    100 burpees

    Time = 39:34

    Was feeling pretty good until the burpees – they were long …
