Our conditioning work through The Open continues. Today we are on the rower again but this time with barbell thrusters. We can expect to see Thrusters in one of the upcoming Open WODs so use today’s program to to help you get ready! 😀

Build to a Heavy Single with a 3 second pause.
Every 3 Minutes complete:
9 Thrusters (95/65)
*rest with remaining time in each round.
*choose a barbell weight allowing you to complete an unbroken set.
*Score is your slowest round. Record time remaining on the clock.
