    • Please take your items from the Lost & Found before the end of class on Saturday morning. So many shirts, sweaters and jackets on the coat racks! Lots of bottles too! A charity donation will be made this weekend.  😀

    Suppose to be a rest day – but was up for 6am so what the heck…

    Did strength only this morning.

    WOD: 5:52 Rx – the third round of mountain climbers got me, probably added an extra 30 seconds to my time … legs just wouldn’t cooperate anymore!
