    (tried 210 lbs but couldn’t get it, so close…)
    WOD = 5 rounds even of 8 clapping pushups, 16 situps, and 32 squats

    – 8 Clapping pushups (Subst. for 4 on toes – 4 on knees. Just tought it was a great compromise)
    – 16 Sit ups
    – 32 Squats

    4 rounds + 16 Sit ups

    Why did it feel so much worst then the intro WOD??? Loved it.

    Pierre asked me just 3 min after the WOD if I liked it. I seriously thought I was going to be sick so my answer was…??? I guess he did not get an answer…

    Did Shoulder Press 10s 35-40-45-50 I look forward to starting my new strength routine next time I’m in though…

    32 squats (worst part! my legs were still sore from tabata squats just a few days ago…)

    score 4 rounds plus 26 squats

    Glad I was able to do this one with Speedy 🙂 I’d say I was trying to keep up, but that would be a lie lol

    I started way to slow and I have to seriously work on my core….my situps were terrible.
